We Put "Family-Friendly" Into Action.

"Family-Friendly" is not just a catchy phrase with our law firm - we mean it. The Partners at Tucker Griffin Barnes established a policy years ago that allows attorneys and staff to bring their children to the office. On snow days, it's not uncommon to see children in a conference room watching a video, or in the kitchen looking for a snack. The firm also encourages mothers to bring their newborns to work during the first six months, especially if it's a choice between bringing your child to work or not working at all.

Recently two of our Real Estate staff members delivered within two weeks of each other. Both mothers and their babies are doing great. So don't be surprised if you're doing a closing, and you hear a different sound in the background. It's just the newest members of the TGB family.
